Great bag idea. Durable. Needs refinement.

The bag is there perfect everyday carry. It is lightweight, durable, and water resistant. The magnetic closure and ‘dry’ bag style opening makes it easier to grab items quickly. Teaming this up with my camera and the camera protective case makes this a must have for day hikes or street shoots. I also love the addition of the metal clasps found on the strap that attach the strap to the bag. Unfortunately though, the rings on the bag connecting the strap is plastic, which is less than ideal. I also feel the way the plastic rings are attached to the sides of the bags could have been more robust with additional stitching or rivets. Finally, it would have been a really great idea to re-engineer the strap in a way that it could be used traditionally, or be attached to the bike handle mounts to be used as a makeshift backpack.

Overall, I am enjoying this carry bag, and will continue to use the product to carry my camera gear, as it is much more versatile and aesthetically pleasing than the other bags currently on the market.

A Few Words From The Founder

The idea of this brand was born in Bali, a place that naturally stimulate adventure and the pleasure of discovery.

Why did I launch the Expedition / Units and why should you want to be part of this world?

There are 3 main reasons:

  1. Creating gear with an innovative and highly functional design for the most demanding outdoor activities, but at the same time perfect for use in the city and in everyday life.

  2. Empowering the community of people who see life as an adventure, daily growth and discovery.  Not shy to pursue their individual path in life, no matter how off-the-beaten-track.
    This is for all the adventurers, explorers, travelers and digital nomads.

  3. Reducing single-use plastic bottle pollution and bringing about real change in the world. By using recycled and environmentally sustainable materials and supporting the people who strive day after day to rid our planet of plastics and educate the younger generations to protect the environment.
